Simple Exercises You Can Do Anywhere

Morning Stretches (5 minutes) - Neck rolls - 10 times each direction - Shoulder shrugs - 15 times - Side bends - 10 each side - Touch your toes - hold for 20 seconds
Walking Aim for 30 minutes of brisk walking daily. You can break this into three 10-minute walks if needed.
