1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Ultimate International Ltd website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership Registration

To become a member, you must purchase a one-time registration package, starting from 37,500 FCFA, which sets your starting rank. This fee is non-refundable and grants you access to:

Discounted member pricing on all products
A unique referral code for earning commissions
Access to the member dashboard
Educational resources and support

3. Product Purchases

Members are expected to purchase products monthly to maintain active status and qualify for commission payouts. Product prices are subject to change. All purchases are final unless covered by our refund policy.

4. Commission Structure

Members earn commissions based on their rank and the level (generation depth) of each qualified referral. Referral commissions are a percentage of the 15,000 FCFA registration base:

Direct referral (Level 1): 3,000 FCFA (Bronze) up to 4,500 FCFA (Diamond) per referral
Downline referrals (Levels 2–5): from 750 FCFA up to 3,000 FCFA per referral, depending on rank
Monthly matrix bonus: 750 FCFA (Bronze) up to 2,500 FCFA (Diamond) per direct sponsor

Commissions are paid monthly between the 24th and 25th of each month via mobile money.

5. Code of Conduct

Members agree to:

Not make false or misleading claims about products or income potential
Not engage in spamming or unethical marketing practices
Respect other members and maintain professional conduct
Follow all applicable laws and regulations in their country

6. Termination

Ultimate International Ltd reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms the company or other members. Terminated members forfeit any pending commissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ultimate International Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the member dashboard. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
